Our Technician is very knowledgeable and thorough. In a warehouse environment we've had multiple spiders, roaches, gnats, mosquitoes, flies, cats and rats just to name a few. We try and get pictures for him and when we do he immediately knows what the bug is and the best plan to get rid of them quickly. He is always very respectful and polite!! Thank you
